I broke my front tooth roller skating when I was a pre-teen. I had it filled over the years several times and eventually got a crown put on in my early twenties. I walked around with that ugly front tooth for years, very aware of it and barely cracking a smile or covering my mouth to laugh.
Last year Dr. Gallo pushed me to change it out and not only that, crown the one next to it. She also insisted that I have gum elongation surgery to make my gums match and make the two front teeth more attractive. I fought her 'tooth and nail' (no pun intended) on this, thinking it was excessive and unnecessary. I finally GAVE IN and had all of it done. All I can say is that it CHANGED MY LIFE. I've never felt more beautiful, and don't even recognize myself in pictures sometimes. I seriously had NO pictures in High School and barely any in my twenties because of my ugly tooth.
Thank you, Dr. Gallo for your creative genius and for being willing to push patients like me to go beyond and really create a winning smile.

I pick Dr. Gallo because her prices were good. I live 45 minutes away but decide to go anyway. I am so happy I did, it took several months to get all that I was having done and all I can say is Dr Gallo and her team is the BEST! I will always drive the 45 minutes to go there. Patricia was my hygienist. She was amazing. Very thorough. She explained what she was doing in a way that I can understand and in ways that had not been explained to me by my previous hygienist of 10 years. She knows her stuff. 🙂 They also take in depth xrays of your teeth and roots to compare them in the future. Very impressive. Office was nice and quiet. Not overbooked. Receptionist is very thorough in her job as well. She was very friendly.

I have been going to this dental office for a couple of years now. I used to be one of those big 32-year-old babies when I wanked through the front door at the dentist, but the staff here makes it painless. I’ve had fillings done by both doctors and after the numbing agents wore off both times, I was pain free. The filling I had done at my previous dentist left me feeling able to eat pudding for two days, and that’s it. The dentists and hygienists here are the absolute best. They are so gentle and if you feel the slightest pain, they’ll stop until you’re ready to move forward again. You’re in their chair, but it’s like they’re on your time. And they have Saturday hours!! Tell me what other dentist office you’ll find that at?? I can’t say enough good things about them. If you choose to go here, you’ve made a super wise decision.

After neglecting my teeth for 8 years, they were in horrible condition and I was very self conscious when I had my first appointment with Dr. Gallo and her staff. She reassured me after the initial exam that although my teeth had experienced significant deterioration that she would be able to restore them and I could smile proudly again. Dr. Gallo was as good as her word; she repaired everything from cavities to broken crowns, and installed a bridge to cover the gap from an extracted molar. Kudos to GDC Smiles and their excellent patient care, the staff always goes the extra mile to achieve the highest satisfaction with the people they serve.

Today was my first appointment for a tooth that was bothering me and causing my head to hurt on the right side like sinus pressure. The dentist fixed the problem and I felt a relief immediately!! I recommend this office to anyone. I can’t wait until my future appointments.

Over the last year, I have been under the care of Dr. Gallo and the rest of her very courteous staff. In that time, the office has expanded and transformed into an inviting and comfortable environment if you have to wait on a loved one. The office staff recognize and greet you by name upon entering.
I can't say enough about the experiences I have had in her office. Dr. Gallo has a very direct bedside manner, and is informative about the treatment options and the reasoning behind her recommendations. Olivia, her hygienist, has a warm, positive and welcoming attitude. Both of these women have such wonderful personalities, it's a shame you have their hands in your mouth and can't just talk to them throughout your visit.
Unfortunately, I am moving and unable to convince them to move with me. They have set the bar very high for the next dental group I use. I will miss them.

Moved to Flowery Branch in July 2020 and promptly broke a tooth. All the other dentists I called didn't even want to see me for at least 3 months, but GDC took me in, first stabilizing the tooth, then putting on a temp and finally the permanent crown. Since then, they have become my regular dentist, and I have already referred two other people to GDC. Fantastic care, fantastic staff. They have a regular patient for life.

I haven't been to the dentist in 20 years because of traumatizing experiences as a kid. I told the dental assistant about this, both she and the Dr. listened and made my tooth extraction painless. That is the first time I've never felt pain from dental work in my life, there was a little pain from the 1st novicane injection, but that's to be expected. I would passionately recommend this office. Great price for above and beyond work! Thank you so much for understanding my anxiety about going to the dentist and easing it!

I visit this place a lot and the staff is friendly. I am on the autism spectrum and I have a lot of difficulty with the dentist, especially because there is so many stimuli, and I’m not a fan of the tools. But they have made me feel comfortable, and it is tolerable. Dr. Cruz is very quick and skilled. The hygienists and dental assistants are also very kind and do the best to prepare me for what will happen next. It’s the first time I didn’t have a moment in a dentist’s office, and I am very grateful.
